There was a varied contribution of music from both choirs, with Persain's repertoire including Sing for Joy, Ar Hyd y Nos, Swansea Bay and the Lord Bless you and Keep you. We also devoted a section to commemorate the centenary of the battle of Passchendaele, with
remembrance songs and readings, and ended with the Anthem from Chess. The concert concluded with a joint rendition of With a Voice of Singing from the choirs. Our thanks to all involved with the concert, and for the warm Yorkshire welcome we received.
